From ₹8,000 · NDA on request
Corporate video editing in Chennai
Most company videos are four minutes long because that's how much footage there was. The good ones are ninety seconds because someone decided what the viewer actually needed.
What I edit, and what it costs
Per finished video. Subtitles and one social crop are included in every one.
Retainer for ongoing volume: ₹35,000 a month for up to eight videos.
Cut it to the point
The most valuable thing an editor does on corporate work is remove material the company is attached to. Founder's history, every department mentioned, the full award list — all of it costs you the viewer before the point arrives.
Nobody has ever complained that a company video was too short.
-
One video, one job
A film that introduces the company, sells the product and recruits staff does none of the three. Two shorter videos beat one long one.
-
The first eight seconds
Logo animations belong at the end. Open on the thing that makes someone stay.
-
Watched without sound
On LinkedIn and in a lobby, audio is off. Subtitles are burnt in and key numbers appear on screen.
Working with a marketing team
-
Brand kit up front
Fonts, colours and logo files at the start. Lower thirds and titles then match your other material exactly.
-
One approver
Feedback consolidated by one person. Six people sending contradictory notes is what makes edits take three weeks.
-
Timecoded feedback
Review links where comments attach to the frame. Far faster than a document describing a moment in words.
-
NDA and confidentiality
Signed on request before any footage moves. Some work never appears in my portfolio, which is normal and fine.
-
Invoicing and GST
Proper invoices with PO references, matched to your finance team's process and payment cycle.
-
Source files on request
Project files handed over if your team needs to re-version later. No holding your footage hostage.
